Cooperative Training Centre, Medziphema
The Cooperative Training Centre, Medziphema was established in the year 1968 for organising, directing, monitoring and evaluating the Cooperatives and training for personals working in the Cooperative sectors and junior level officials of the Department, the State Level Cooperative Organisation and Primary Cooperative Societies registered under Cooperative Department.
Activities of CTC
The activities of the centre are as follows:-
- Cooperative Education.
- Management training.
- Technical training to Diary, Poultry, Piggery Regd.Cooperatives Societies.
- Technical Training (Diploma in Cooperative Management) DCM for ICS of the Department.
- Technical training in Audit and Inspection for Inspectors of the Department.
The Trainings are conducted as per the tentative calendar with prior approval of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Nagaland.The Institute is manned by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Lecturer and supporting staffs.

The Academic & Administrative Building CTC, Medziphema, Dimapur
A modern structure consisting of 32 rooms serving as Offices of the Principal, Vice-Principal and staffs. It has a Conference Hall, a Seminar Hall, a Computer Laboratory and a Library. Accommodation facilities are also available separately for Men and Women including Executive Suites and a Recreational Lobby. These accommodation facilities are also given on rent basis to anyone or any department seeking such.
The Programs /activities undertaken during the period 2020-21 are as follows:-
1.Training on Dissemination of Cooperative Movement held from 11th to 13th Feb 2020.
2. In view of the Global Outbreak of Covid-19, the Government of Nagaland has requisition Cooperative Training Centre as Quarantine Centre on 22-4-2020. The personnels engaged in the functioning of Quarantine Centre were one Officer in charge, two Assistants and two grade IV staff.
The Institute hosted a total of 133 returnees in 14 batches from May to July 2020.
